01 / Emergency Resilience Review

Establish the response-readiness baseline.

A structured review of the information, access, roles and site-specific risks that will shape an operational response. We translate what is on paper into a clear picture of what crews need to know on arrival.

Outcomes and deliverables

Site walk-through and evidence-based resilience assessment.
Green, Amber or Red Response Ready Score with priority actions.
Clear recommendations for the information to develop or correct.

Best suited to

Multi-building, high-occupancy or technically complex premises, including hotels, campuses, leisure venues, stadia and industrial facilities.

Led by serving frontline responders: a Specialist Rescue Firefighter, IOSH-qualified Watch Commander and senior Critical Care Paramedic. The score is not a desk-based compliance grade; it is a practical readiness conversation.

02 / Tabletop Exercise

Test the decisions before an incident tests them for you.

A facilitator-led scenario exercise for the people who will make and communicate critical decisions. It exposes gaps between the plan and the real-world response before they become a problem on the day.

Outcomes and deliverables

A scenario tailored to your site, people and operational risks.
Facilitated decision-making, communications and escalation testing.

Readiness evidence

The exercise turns your Response Ready Score actions into tested evidence. It can validate improvements from a review or identify what needs to be strengthened before the next score update.

Particularly valuable for hospitality groups, sports and leisure sites, education estates, manufacturing operations and production teams where roles, access or site conditions can change quickly. Our serving-responder team keeps the conversation operational, direct and constructive.

Tabletop findings feed directly into the next six-month Emergency Response Pack review, so actions do not disappear after the debrief.

03 / Maintained Emergency Response Pack

Keep essential premises information current, usable and response-ready.

The maintained pack is the core of the programme: a practical set of current information for your premises, developed for the people managing the site and the responders who may need it under pressure.

Six-month review cadence

We review the pack at least every six months, aligned with Advice Note 008, and update it when layout, occupancy, processes or emergency arrangements change. The Response Ready Score is refreshed when the evidence warrants it.

Designed for the complex premises named in the local guidance: high-rise residential buildings, transport and shopping environments, sports stadia, manufacturing plants, fire-engineered premises and comparable multi-risk sites. It is delivered with the judgement of responders who understand how information is used during an incident.
